Day Two

Again, good day.  I am very proud of how many vegetables I eating (5-6 cups is a lot).  I still have a second salad sitting down in the office fridge waiting for me.  This diet is more “no carb” than I would like, but I am willing to try anything.  Also learned that alfalfa can mess up hormones.  (I take alfalfa b/c a soccer coach once said it would help bruising - no more!)

Boot camp was canceled due to storms this morning, but I did the workout at home (it was really easy…).  But, easy isn’t bad.

Prepped food last night, good.  Next thing to work on, taking measurements (eh).
