Day One

Always hate those “today is the first day!” “I’ll start today!” “everything will change today!” mantras, but they pop up in my head more than I like.  So we’ll just start with “day one.”  I purchased a book about hormones and dieting and exercising, and we’re going to go with their plan, to see what happens.  All very common sense, and it only builds on what I already have read, known, etc.

So, day one went well!  I managed 5-6 cups of veggies, and even went out to eat.  Definitely proud of not doing the little snacking here and there.

To think about for day two: try to spend the evening prepping a bit more.
