Returning to those long-last blogs…

Oh, what does one do with all of those blogs you start but don’t keep up with…can’t really rip out the previous pages and turn it into a address book or something like a journal.  Can always start it up again, though!

So here I go — this time, documenting as well as I can my eating/exercising habits.  Why?  Because it seems it is a lot harder to do now that I’m 30, sedentary job, busy busy…  And after starting a fairly rigorous and regular fitness routine in February, I have only to find snugger pants.

What?  This isn’t for me to complain, but to document somewhere what I am doing - what works, what doesn’t…keeping myself honest.  A little bit of venting (if only to myself) may help relieve some frustration, too.
